Dorothy has over 18 years of experience in multi-national companies\, specialising in strategic value stream transformation\, business reengineering with technologies adoption\, project management\, Lean Six Sigma\, innovation and change management facilitation. She mentors numerous projects and leadership training workshops in different countries such as Japan\, Thailand\, Malaysia\, Canada and China. Dorothy also has extensive experience in key account management\, Research and Development (R&D) project management\, government grants advisory\, supply chain transformation\, new product flawless launch and Objective and Key Results (OKR) setup. Dorothy has a Master Degree in Engineering\, and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)\, and also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
